Jenny Doné is Director of Specialty Products and Regulatory Relations for Charles Schwab Trust Bank (CSTB). Ms. Doné supports the CSTB Collective Investment Trusts, including the Schwab Managed Retirement Trusts™, Schwab Indexed Retirement Trusts™ and Schwab Institutional Trusts™. She is responsible for working with Schwab Asset Management™ portfolio managers and analysts to ensure oversight of sub-advisers and fund performance. She also manages the trusts’ activities to comply with regulatory requirements.
 
Prior to starting her current role in 2023, Ms. Doné was a director of retirement plan solutions for TD Ameritrade, Inc. There she helped coordinate dissolution of the TD Ameritrade Trust Company and facilitate the transfer of accounts and personnel when acquired by Schwab. Prior to that, she served as vice president at TD Ameritrade Trust Company for 13 years where she led multiple teams that supported their independent third-party administrator channel and bundled retirement plan product. Prior to that, she held positions at companies including Fiserv Investment Support Services, First Trust Corporation, and Universal Pensions, Inc.

Ms. Doné earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Nebraska.
